Garden Room stands behind the quality of our products and we will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased on our Web site either by mail or in person at our Garden Room store. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including tax. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order, insure the package, and mail it to:
