Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight of the product purchased and the chosen shipping method.
PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be shipped UPS on a Tuesday, regardless of shipping preference selected. Please take this into account when making your selection.
Orders placed before 3:00pm Tues-Fri will be shipped the same day.
FREE in-store pick up is available to Wisconsin residents.
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. If your order has a shorter turn around time, you will be notified by email.
Complimentary gift wrapping with our signature seal and ribbon is available for all orders. Please list your preference in the "notes" field upon ordering.
International shipping
Orders may incur additional charges due to customs regulations and shipping methods. These orders may take longer to process. Shipping and customs charges will be determined and you will be notified of costs BEFORE your order is shipped.
